Is not permitted in the community there should be
nothing under the deck. We have
discussed this over the years with very limited community reaction. Please remove all items from under your deck
immediately.
The board is focused on and serious about community safety and ascetics. The board doesn’t want to, but has the right to fine violators $50 a day for each violation and will begin to this process in the near future.
