Smoke alarm and CO
batteries need to be changed twice a year and the smoke alarm itself should be
inspected and tested at that time. It is traditionally done as we move our
clocks up and back.
Please check it for operation, hit the test button, dust it off, make sure the sensor is clean.

The community is now almost 15 years old; smoke alarms and CO devices are coming to the end of their
expected lives. We wanted to remind you,
to replace them if they aren’t operating at 100%. Fire/smoke and CO alarms save lives and they
are an inexpensive way to be safe. As
