Questions about the deck project

Although the deck project has been going slow, due to record rain in May, it has been going well.  We have received positive feedback from the community about how the decks look and the quality of work that has been done.  We have also received positive feedback on the color of the decks.  There were a couple of questions we would like to address. 

To clarify what will be done;

For the end units, the entire deck will be power washed and painted.  Please note there will be no spaying of paint, to keep the job as neat as possible.

 

For the middle units stairs and handrails will be completed.

The middle units will have the stairs painted and the spindles will be stained.  The stain will be spayed and the paint will be applied by brush.  There will be no spaying of paint, but the stain will be sprayed.
