Street sealing update

As you know the driveway and street sealing project will begin on October 8^th.  the sealing project will cover the driveways, streets and parking lots. 

On the 8^th the community will have Sea breeze court sealed along with the Sea breeze half of Windward.  On the 12^th the Bay Ave side of Windward and Bay Breeze will be done.  This is weather permitting. 

 

We ask that you have your cars removed from the work area the night before and you will not be able to return the vehicles until; two days after. The opposite half of the community is the ideal temporary parking area.   

 

So on the 8^th cars can return on the 10^th and work done on the 12^th cars can return on the 14^th. 

 

Please remove your vehicles promptly or they will be towed.
