As per the by-laws there is a self-nomination process for community members to become part of the board. We encourage community members in good standing to nominate themselves to be on the board of Island Gate.
Any homeowner wishing to serve on the Board of Trustees should be willing to devote the personal time necessary to effectively manage the Association. Candidates MUST be members in good standing. Involvement in the Board is a challenging, rewarding experience and it is urged that anyone wishing to serve please submit a resume of no more than one (1) page to Association Advisors by Wednesday August 19, 2015. The mailing of ballots will be scheduled for August 24th
Ballots are due back on September 15th and you can vote in person at the meeting on Sept 18th
