We have received a number of inquiries regarding satellite dishes and the placement of them from our neighbors. They are legally allowed in the community but as the by-laws describe the board needs to approve requests for these items. A property modification form is necessary to be completed in order for the board to approve any modifications. Since they are not permitted to be mounted on any surface of the home including roofs, they are generally mounted to the deck of the home.
