As previously mentioned, we are beginning the exterior cleaning and painting of our homes. The exterior will be getting refreshed as the exterior of the homes will be getting power washed and all wood type materials will be getting painted, including doors and the round front window.
The first group of houses will be getting worked on starting this coming Monday June 25th, 2012.
The first group of homes will be 1 to 15 Seabreeze Court.
In preparation for this effort Please take the following steps:
· Remove all items from the deck, all items. The decks will be washed also and the cleaning fluids will damage all items not removed.
· DO NOT put deck items under the deck since the dripping chemicals will damage all items under the deck also
· Remove all items under the deck, (see above for the reason why)
· Close and lock all windows. The high pressure water and cleaning fluids blown into the house will do damage to the affected room.
· If at all possible be available for the painter our front doors will be painted and having them opened will improve results.
If you are unable to complete these tasks or if you are unable to close your windows please notify AA ASAP. Taking these steps will result in the best results possible for your home and the look of our community. We will be notifying the next group of homes in the coming days.
